Please be aware that some personalized products may not offer an immediate design preview due to their complexity. For these products, you will need to wait up to 12 hours for us to modify and send a preview for your approval.

    it as described, good communication. Did not realize the item would take 6 weeks to arrive, was unaware it was coming from abroad. Shipping was fairly quick into the states but there is where it dragged. Item did arrive in time for the gift it was intended for, was folded with many wrinkles but a little steamer and it was perfect.

    Love the Mat just forgot to add the ‘S to my name 🙁 did not realize it wouldn’t be done until l received it ordered another for my Grandson for his birthday remembered the ‘S this time 🙂 shipping is very fast l’m in Australia only took a few weeks thanks will look at ordering another real soon thanks 🙂
