Shipping and Delivery

When will I receive my order?
Your order will be processed (printed and packaged) within 2 to 3 days. If you request a preview of the design for approval before printing, this may extend the processing time as we await your confirmation. Shipping to the USA typically takes 14 to 16 days, and to Europe, it ranges from 16 to 20 days from the date of dispatch. These are standard time frames and may vary due to weather conditions and the courier company’s operational status. If you haven’t received your order after 20 days, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance in tracking your order and discussing potential compensation or reshipment options if necessary.

Where can I check the status of my order?
For each order dispatched, we provide a tracking number and a link to track the shipment. You can monitor the status of your order at any time using these details.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping for our products.

What is the shipping cost to my country?
The shipping cost for the first item is $7 for orders to the USA, and $10 for orders to Europe.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can contact us via email to request an address change. If the order has already been shipped, we will assist you in placing a new order at a reasonable cost. In cases where a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will help correct the address at no additional charge and proceed with the delivery as usual.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit card and PayPal.

My credit card was declined. What should I do?

Can I change the product if I choose the wrong color, size, or design?
After you place your order, we have a 2 to 3-day processing period. During this time, you can request us to modify your order details if you wish. In cases where the product has already been shipped but you still want to exchange it, we will assist you in placing a new order at a reasonable cost.

Rustypod is committed to offering free returns or exchanges, or a full refund if the product is not delivered to the buyer, is damaged during shipping, or differs from the order information.

If a product is damaged or faulty, what should I do?

If a product is damaged after washing, what should I do?
For fabric products, we always recommend hand washing with regular detergent. If the item is damaged, we accept returns for a refund or will send a replacement.
