Our motorcycle fuel tank stickers are sold in pairs, including one left-side decal and one right-side decal. The design is printed on a vinyl sheet measuring 15 inches wide by 6 inches tall. This size perfectly fits the fuel tank of Harley Davidson Sportster motorcycles, but it can also be used for other bikes.
You can choose between two cutting methods:
- Pre-defined Shape Cut: The decal is cut to a pre-determined shape that fits the Harley Davidson Sportster fuel tank standard.
- Design Contour Cut: The decal is cut to follow the contour of the printed design, making it suitable for various other motorcycles and applications.
Utilizing UV printing technology, these decals offer the highest image quality and durability available in printing technologies today.
These versatile stickers are suitable for various applications, including cars, glass windows, and surfaces frequently exposed to outdoor environments.
Our decals are safe for your vehicle’s paintwork. They can be removed without leaving adhesive residue on the painted surfaces.

- Production time: Please allow 2-3 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility.
- Shipping time: Shipping time depends on product and recipient's address. This time may be longer on major holidays. Whatever you want THEY CAN DO FOR YOU. After I placed my order their support team reached out to me almost immediately about customization of my decals. I provided them with a revision, they did exactly what I asked. I revised them again, they did exactly what I asked. I was worried with their being no direct phone info for contact BUT they were very fast with responses via email. They notified me with a tracking link as soon as it had shipped. When it arrived it was in a STIFF box, inside the box there was a STIFF tube with the decals rolled up inside of so they couldn’t be damaged. I have been nothing but impressed from start to finish. The quality is top notch, the color match is exactly what the renderings showed.
The ONLY issue I had was due to the gas tank being curved and the decals being flat they did NOT want to lay into place and kept bunching along the edges of the decal. Because I had floated the decal onto the tank with soapy water I was able to place it back onto the transfer paper at which point I took a scalpel and cut reliefs down most of the feathers and face. I then refloated the decal onto the tank and it laid out PERFECTLY!!! I will use RustyPod exclusively for any graphic needs i have in the future….Blown away!!!
