We’ll send you a tracking code via message once your order is shipped out. For any query, please send us a message.

What should I do if I received a wrong/damaged product?

We’re sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. Please message us as soon as possible within a week time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relating details. We’ll come up with the most suitable solution for you.

All of our Rugs are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards.
Each rug is made from luxurious plush velour and features a premium heat dye sublimation print for long lasting color vibrancy.
Washable.
Low-profile pile height of 0.4 inch makes this rug look great in any room and perfect for placing under furniture.
Underside is constructed from high quality epoxy for a non-slip grip and extra durability.
Stain resistant material makes cleaning a breeze ? use a damp cloth with mild soapy water to clean (avoid bleach) and let air dry.
Rugs arrive vacuumed sealed for protection during the shipping process ? once opened rugs may take up to 24 hours to lay flat. We recommend a light vacuuming of the rug to assist in the settling process.

Production time: Please allow 2-3 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility.
Shipping time: Shipping time depends on product and recipient's address. This time may be longer on major holidays. This time is from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order is placed. Normally, shipping time is 14 - 21 days. Besides, we provide express shipping service with delivery time from 7-10 days.
Return & Exchange: If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily work with you to correct the problems.
Tracking Number: When available, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.

This rug is well made and the colors are bright and vibrant. The problem is this. This rug was folded up into a 14×14 inch package for mailing. So far three weeks in and the creases are still prevalent. This rug should have been shipped rolled to eliminate the folds.
